Impatient Peplum

by

Happy hump day loves,

I can’t even sit down and blog these days because my brain is going non stop (to-do lists/errands/laundry/was that a contraction/etc) waiting for this baby to be here. It’s torture I tell you. I’ve felt this entire pregnancy that she would be early so even though her due date is 2 days away she already feels late to me, so it’s just the worst. I never thought we would make it all the way to my due date and now it seems like we will and then some, ugh. Thank you for all the reassuring advice that she’ll come when she’s ready, it’s super helpful and really eases my anxiety, NOT! πŸ˜‰ Come on that’s the worst advice ever! Wouldn’t you be annoyed if I said “oh your promotion/engagement/etc will come when it’s ready?” Ugh. Can you tell I’ve reached the crabby part of pregnancy? πŸ˜‰ Ha! Sorry! Just keeping it real over here!

Anyways, I posted this outfit on Instagram (madelyn.weaver) a couple weeks ago and still think it’s perfect for fall! In lots of places the temps are still pretty decent so you won’t need a cardigan or jacket with it, yet, but if you live around here you’ve probably already brought out some of your layers so throw one on at least for your morning commute or night out! πŸ™‚Β 19141819212427

I can’t get enough peplum in my closet pregnant or not! It’s just the most feminine style and I can’t wait to wear this without my bump! πŸ™‚ It comes in 2 other colors too so make sure to check it out and get at least one for your wardrobe! I’m wearing a small for extra length but it runs true to size. I would size down in the jeans because they do stretch and you don’t want to be pulling them up if you don’t want to wear the band all the way over your bump, though it is nice to have a looser fitting pair of jeans to mix in with the leggings and skinny jeans that get pretty uncomfortable and tight towards the end of your pregnancy! But for reals. Comfort is key these days, am I right mamas? πŸ˜‰ Tick tock tick tock let’s go baby girl, we can’t wait to meet you!!

Thanks for stopping by and for being patient with my terrible blog schedule during my pregnancy. Shout out to bloggers who are able to keep their shit together while pregnant, you’re my hero!

“every day may not be good but there is something good in everyday.”

xoxo,

Madelyn
