Happy Mother’s Day

Hey Dolls!

I hope you all have had a fabulous weekend celebrating the special people in your life. Let’s be honest none of us would be here without some kind of Mom in our lives and for that we should all be so grateful. For late nights, projects, class treats, carpools, swim meets/practices/recitals, scraped knees, words of wisdom, hugs, kisses and so much more; where would we be without them!? They’re are prayer warriors, our playmates and our best friends and one day is not enough to acknowledge it all but I hope you all made yours feel as special as possible! They deserve it! I am so blessed by the amount of amazing mothers in my life and the example that they have been to me of the kind of mom I hope to be someday. Thank you for being selfless for everyone around you! We applaud you, today and everyday! 🙂

Did I mention I the sun in the evening? It is seriously the best! I’m so glad I took my Mother’s Day outfit pics a few days ago because today the weather was super crummy, rain and clouds and brrrrr! But I love this kind of outfit for Spring because you’re dressed up and comfortable. I have thrown this cardi over so many things and I highly recommend adding an oversized cardi to your wardrobes too! Oh and sidenote, you should all have a trusty seamstress in your life. Sometimes when I’m out I’ll find a piece that I love that’s a great deal but isn’t my size but I know a seamstress can take it in for me and even with alterations it will still be a better deal then full price! This dress I bought second hand from another blogger, you can check out her adorable style here, and on her small frame it was almost a maxi but for me it was kind of in-between so I had it shortened to knee length and ta da! Perfect for me! Stylist tips for your Sunday night. 🙂

Thanks for stopping by and have a fabulous night! Looking forward to sharing something exciting I’ve been working on with you all later this week! Yay! Happy Mother’s Day to all you mommies present, future and any day now! You’re the best, keep fighting the good fight and know you are so loved and appreciated everyday! Cheers to extra shot lattes and mom buns tomorrow!

“May my heart be kind, my mind fierce, and my spirit brave.”
