If you don’t know by now, I’m a full-time nanny so every once in awhile I have to post some of the cuteness that fills up my everyday. Riley and I love holidays and crafting so you’ll see lots of posts on instagram of our hilarious projects. So naturally for Valentine’s Day we blocked off an afternoon to make some fun and cute valentines for his parents and Lauren over at LEA Photography documented it for us so we could give them a few photos as well! Plus Lauren has a darling 3 year old daughter who gets along great with Riley so it was cuteness overload for sure. It was so fun to be in the pics with Riley too because normally I’m the one taking the photos. Enjoy the nude color lips I always talk about and my nanny bun. Some days are just way more casual for me then the others! 🙂
I’ll give you a second to recover from this adorable side smile valentine of mine, haha!
But seriously, so cute, right?! It was so hilarious how both Riley and Emily wanted to use pom poms on everything versus making their hearts actually look like valentines but we let them do whatever they want because it’s the thought that counts and who cares what your heart looks like as long as you love it just the way it is! All you need for a fun crafternoon in construction paper, glitter, glue, dot markers (a parents best friend=no mess), scissors and pom poms which can all be found on Amazon or your local craft store! 🙂
I hope his parents love them just as much as we do! He wanted to give them right away but I convinced him to wait until the end of this week. This boy has the sweetest and biggest heart! I am so lucky I get to spend my days with him! 🙂
I hope you feel grateful for the wonderful people in your life every single day and tell them how much you love them every chance you get!
“Piglet- how do you spell ‘love’? Pooh- you don’t spell it, you feel it!”
Thanks for stopping by and happy almost Valentine’s Day!!
