Bumpin Bachelorette

by

TGIF ladies!

The weather is gorgeous and we opened our pool today which I’ve been waitingggg to finally get to do for months! Our backyard is really the best part about our house so I can’t wait to make tons of fun memories out there this Summer!!! πŸ™‚ I’m also so excited to share this event style outfit with you all today. I call it bumpin because if you follow me on Instagram you know that there is nooo hiding my bump these days. Honestly it’s a little out of control. I always envisioned myself not really looking super pregnant until well into my pregnancy and barely putting on any weight, ha! I guess I shouldn’t be too shocked that I’ve put on a decent amount of weight already and am just wider in general everywhere since nothing about pregnancy has been like I imagined! I’m going to keep myself out of maternity clothes as long as possible so don’t fret if you like an outfit because for now they are pregnant or not approved styles! πŸ˜‰

I posted this dress when it went on sale before I announced I was pregnant because I had to get it in another color because I knew with the material around the stomach it would be perfect for my growing belly. You can see how I styled it in gray, here. I have a bachelorette party to go to tomorrow and this dress is so easy for a night out and you’ll be super comfy the entire time. #winwinΒ 1237810You can call me Kim K with all these new curves, ha! What is happening?! #babytakeover1213

I love this outfit and since I’ve worn the dress pregnant and not, I can promise everyone needs it in their closet! Oh and I don’t normally talk about the size of clothing that I wear but since I want my bump carrying mamas to be able to wear regular non-maternity clothing too going forward I’ll share the sizes I’m wearing so you can gage what size you might need as well! In the gray dress I have an extra small and in this raspberry colored I bought a small to have a little more tummy room and I still have plenty of room to grow! πŸ™‚ Body con/fitted dresses are so perfect for pregnancy and for a fun girls night out so I hope you love this outfit as much as I do! ALSO I am so excited to debut my new hair on the blog! I wanted something lighter and more fun for Summer and my girl Meghan totally hooked me up! I never thought in a million years that I would be a blondie but I love it! πŸ™‚ I can’t control my body these days but at least I have some say in my hair! πŸ˜‰ Ha! Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you have a fabulous weekend!

      McKenna,
You’re too sweet, thank you so much! I def need to get my rear in gear and work on our house again! I haven’t done a thing since I got pregnant but now that I’m feeling better the projects need to pick back up! Once we find out the gender we’ll start working on the nursery which will be a blast and make for lots of posts I’m sure! Thanks for following along! xoxo
